Dr Amantha Imber is a psychologist and founder of Inventium, a behaviour change consultancy. She has helped over 100,000 people at organisations such as Google, Apple, Disney, LEGO, Deloitte, Atlassian, Visa, and others improve their productivity, performance and wellbeing worldwide.
After struggling for years to make positive health changes stick, Dr Imber leveraged her expertise in psychology to successfully overcome her own challenges with fitness, nutrition and sleep. She now equips people around the world with the tactics and motivation to transform their health habits.
